This Specialized Crossroads Sport Low Entry Women's Bike is super comfortable. The seat is wide and the handlebars are at a height where you can reach them while sitting straight up so you don't have to lean forward. Up for bid is a vintage Schwinn Bicycle. My fiance and I came across this unique item and believe it would be a great item for a collector or restorer. It is a gorgeous blue color and has blueish green handle bars. It is fully functional with a working headlight as well. As far as we can tell, it has all original parts. It does have a bit of normal wear in the paint for the age, but overall is in great condition and has been stored well. I have done some research on similar bikes in this condition and have seen them go for as much as $1,500 or more. FOR SALE: 1967 Girl’s Schwinn Stingray Bicycle. Manufactured in Chicago in Feb. 1967 (Serial #BC62888), this bike has been professionally painted and restored. It has a Sturmey Archer 3 Spd rear hub with rear coaster brake. The front handbrake is a caliper type. All chrome is in very good condition. The front & rear fender contain no dents. The front Schwinn street tire and rear Schwinn ‘slick’ are new. The seat is white metal flake and has no stains or tears. The front caliper brake has a new cable. The shifter operates smoothly thru all 3 gears. Some parts have been upgraded to today’s safety standards (ie: front and rear wheel reflectors as well as reflector pedals). All moving parts have been oiled or greased. A copy of the receipt, indicating $742.55 for the bike’s restoration (parts, paint, and labor), will be included.
