### NeetoCal

- **Reschedule by moving the event in your calendar** , in Google Calendar or Outlook, and NeetoCal reschedules the booking to match.

- **Override availability rules to book any slot** , so a customer who needs a full or after-hours time can still be booked.

- **Meta Pixel tracking** , so you can see which Facebook or Instagram ads turn into bookings.

- A new Booked by me tab lists every booking a team member made on behalf of a customer.

- Group meetings can now offer add-on services, and each customer picks their own.

- Booking steps can now be sent to Google Analytics, from link opened to booking completed, so you can see where customers drop off.

### NeetoRecord

- **Action items are generated automatically** as soon as the transcript is ready, and viewers can tick them off on the watch page.

- **Cuts and zooms on one timeline** in the editor, with back-to-back zooms gliding from one spot to the next.

- Search on the recordings page now looks through transcripts, so you can find a video from a phrase you remember.

- Pro users can once again record tab or system audio from the web recorder.

- A recording interrupted by a browser crash can now be recovered from the part that was already uploaded.

- The video keeps playing while you write a comment, and the comment stays pinned to the moment you started typing.

### NeetoDesk

- **Forwarded emails create tickets for the original customer** , and anything the team member wrote above the forwarded email is saved as a private note.

- **IP restriction** , so admins can allow access to their workspace only from specific IP addresses or IP ranges.

- **A redesigned automation rule builder for every workspace** , where each rule reads like a sentence.

- Built-in ticket statuses such as New, Open and Closed can now be renamed.

- Search has been rebuilt and finds tickets by subject, ticket number, CC address or message text.

- NeetoDesk now opens the first ticket view in the sidebar, so you can pick the starting view by reordering your views.

- **A redesigned automation rule builder** , where each rule reads like a sentence and existing rules keep working.

- **Unread-message emails name the conversation** , and the Reply now link opens that conversation on the page where it started.

- Visitors no longer get unread-message emails about replies they have already seen.
