### NeetoCal

- **Add-on services** with bookings, so clients can pick paid extras that update the meeting duration and payment together.

- **Redirect disabled scheduling links** , sending visitors to a page you choose instead of an error.

- **Global email and SMS notification settings** , with the option to override them per scheduling link.

- Extend the validity of an already-purchased package without asking the client to repurchase.

- Calendar invitations for one-on-one bookings now arrive in the client's language.

- **Every outgoing email is tracked** on the ticket, so you can tell whether the customer received a message.

- Ticket exports as XLSX with readable columns, including requester and agent details on every row.

- Emails from connected Microsoft mailboxes become tickets within about a minute, down from up to five.

- **Generate a formatted PDF document** for every form submission, using your own template.

- Notification emails now appear in the form's language.
