In July at [NeetoCal](https://www.neeto.com/neetocal), we focused on helping hosts earn more from each booking, giving them finer control over notifications, and making sure no client or booking slips through the cracks.

Here's everything we shipped in July 2026 in NeetoCal.

## **New features🎉**

### **Add-on services**

Hosts can now offer paid [add-on services](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/add-on-services) alongside a meeting, such as a short assessment, extra service, etc. Clients pick the add-ons they want as the first step of booking, and the slot duration and payment update to include them.

Discount codes and tips apply to the combined total, so a single checkout covers the meeting and everything bundled with it. This gives hosts a new way to raise the value of each booking without creating separate links.

### **Redirect visitors to a fallback URL when a scheduling link is disabled**

When a scheduling link is disabled, either because its host was removed from the workspace or an admin turned it off, visitors used to land on a dead "inactive link" page and that traffic was lost.

Admins can now set a workspace-level [fallback URL](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/redirect-disabled-links), such as a contact or free-consultation page, so visitors are sent somewhere useful instead. A removed host's links keep converting rather than turning into a dead end. The remove-team-member and manual-disable dialogues also show which links will stop working and where they will redirect.

## **Enhancements✨**

### **Global notifications with per-link overrides**

"Manage notifications" is now [Global notifications](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/global-notifications) and controls both email and SMS from one place. Every scheduling link follows these settings by default.

When a link needs to behave differently, hosts can turn on ["Override global notifications"](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/override-global-notifications) for that link and adjust its email and SMS independently, without touching the rest of the workspace.

### **Extend the validity of a purchased package**

Hosts can now [extend the validity](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/set-package-code-expiry-limit) on a package a client has already bought. If a client needs more time to use their remaining sessions, you can move the expiry date from the package details and add an internal note, instead of asking them to buy the package again.

### **Reworked "book on behalf of client" payment flow**

When an admin [books a paid meeting for a client](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/book-a-meeting-on-behalf-of-customer-and-send-payment-link), the options now match the payment method in use. Confirming the booking and marking it as paid is a single step, and the flow handles Cash, UPI, Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, and Dodo, including meetings that offer more than one provider.

Payment information is no longer dropped along the way, so records stay accurate for reporting and refunds.

### **Calendar invitations in the client's language**

[Calendar invitations](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/calendar-invitations) for one-on-one bookings are now created in the client's language across Google, Outlook, and iCloud, and the ICS attachment in booking emails follows the same language. Only the default text is translated, so any wording a host has customised stays exactly as written.

For group meetings, the host's calendar event stays in the host's language while each attendee's invite arrives in their own.

### **Payment method variable for templates**

A new `{{booking.payment_method}}`[variable](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/dynamic-variables) is available in email and SMS templates. It renders how a booking was paid, such as Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Dodo Payments, UPI, Cash, Package, or Manual, and stays blank for free meetings.

This lets hosts confirm payment details in their notifications without editing each message by hand.

### **More variables for group meeting emails**

Custom email notifications for [group meetings](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/group-meeting) now support the same client, meeting, and booking variables available elsewhere, including cancellation, reschedule, and rejection reasons.

Hosts running classes or workshops can personalise these emails with the same detail as one-on-one bookings.

### **Turn off notifications when a guest is added to a booking**

When a client or host [adds a guest to an existing booking](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/add-guests-for-upcoming-meeting), NeetoCal sends everyone a confirmation. Hosts who don't want that extra email going out can now turn it off.

This keeps communication quiet for bookings where added guests don't need a separate notification.

### **Hide the locked timezone on the booking page**

When a host [locks the timezone](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/lock-timezone) for a scheduling link, they can now also hide it from the booking page. Clients still book in the correct timezone, but the locked timezone label no longer shows, which avoids confusion for in-person or fixed-location events.

### **Higher booking limit for recurring meetings**

Clients can now book a [recurring meeting](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/recurring-meetings) up to 25 times in one go, raised from 20. The available range is also shown in the booking-limits setting, so hosts can see the ceiling up front instead of discovering it through a validation error.

### **Troubleshooting revamp**

The [troubleshooting tools](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/troubleshooting-common-errors) that explain why a slot is or isn't available got a broad update. Fully unavailable days are greyed out, hosts get clearer reasons when a slot falls outside a meeting's date range or availability window, and booking-limit messages now separate scheduling-link limits from host limits.

A "No slots available? Troubleshoot" link helps hosts get to the bottom of an empty calendar faster.
