# Accept Only Business Emails for Bookings | NeetoCal

Block free email domains like Gmail or Yahoo on NeetoCal booking pages so only clients with business or work email addresses can schedule meetings.

## Overview

NeetoCal can restrict bookings to business email addresses. With the Accept only business email option, you list the email domains you want to block, and anyone using those domains cannot book a meeting on that scheduling link. Everyone else can book as usual.

B2B sales and partnership teams use this to filter out personal addresses from services like Gmail or Yahoo and focus on qualified leads with work emails. It reduces spam bookings and makes it easier to identify which company a prospect represents. To turn it on, open the scheduling link's Settings tab, edit the email question under Questions, enable the toggle and enter the domains to exclude.
