# Schedule In-Person Appointments | NeetoCal

Schedule in-person appointments with NeetoCal. Add your office address to a scheduling link and optionally reveal it to clients only after they book.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you schedule in-person appointments by adding a physical address as the meeting place on a scheduling link. In the Where tab, choose In-person and specify where you will meet the client. The location is shared with the client as part of the booking, so they know exactly where to go.

If your scheduling link is public, you can turn on Show location only after the booking. The address stays hidden on the booking page and is revealed only after a client confirms a slot, which protects home offices and private studios. Clinics, salons, and consultants who offer both in-office and remote sessions can enable in-person alongside video options and let clients choose.
