# Track Meeting Outcomes | NeetoCal

Label every NeetoCal booking with a meeting outcome such as No show, Follow up needed or Demo requested, and create custom outcomes for your workflow.

## Overview

Meeting outcomes in NeetoCal let you record what happened after each meeting. You pick an outcome from a dropdown on the booking, so every meeting carries a clear label that tells you and your team what the next step is and which clients need a follow-up.

NeetoCal includes three default outcomes: No show, Follow Up Needed and Demo Requested. Admins can create custom outcomes with their own names and colors, such as Free trial requested or Deal closed. A salesperson, for example, can tag a demo call with the next step right after it ends. Outcomes can also trigger automation rules, so a change in outcome can send a follow-up email automatically.
