Who this is for

NeetoCal is for licensed massage therapists working on their own, mobile therapists who travel to clients, and small spas and clinics with a few therapists. It handles the booking side of your work: booking, payment, intake questions and reminders, so you spend less time on messages and more time on the table. It is free for every therapist on your team, with unlimited booking pages and bookings.

Let clients book a 30, 60 or 90-minute massage

Share one link on your website, Google Business Profile or Instagram bio. Clients pick the service, the length and an open time. With duration-based pricing, a 90-minute massage costs more than a 60-minute one, without making separate booking pages.NeetoCal checks your Google, Outlook or iCloud calendar, so you are never double-booked.

Protect your hands and your room

Massage is physical work. Add buffer time after each massage to change the linens, write notes and rest your hands. Set a daily limit so you never get booked for more massages than your body can handle, and a minimum notice so nobody books 10 minutes before a slot.

Sell add-ons and accept tips

With add-on services, clients can add hot stones, aromatherapy, cupping or extra time while booking, and the price updates on its own.Clients can also leave a tip when they pay online, so they don't have to look for cash at the end of a relaxing hour.

Collect intake details and a signed waiver

Add your own questions to the booking form: areas to focus on, injuries or recent surgery, pressure preference, and allergies to oils or lotions. Use custom booking form fields, and host-only questions for notes only you should see. With contracts, clients sign your consent form or policy before the booking is confirmed, so the paperwork is done before they arrive.Keep booking questions to what you need to plan the massage. If your practice is covered by HIPAA in the US, check with your compliance advisor first, because Neeto does not sign business associate agreements.

Cut late cancellations and no-shows

An empty slot is lost income. Ask for payment when a massage is booked, through Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay or UPI, with 0% commission from NeetoCal. Set a cancellation policy with a notice period, and track repeat no-shows.Send email reminders, and SMS reminders through your own Twilio or Telnyx account, with a link to reschedule instead of skipping.

Mobile massage at the client's home or hotel

If you travel to clients, turn on client location. Clients enter their address while booking, and it shows in your booking and calendar. Add buffer time so you have room to drive between appointments.

Packages and first-visit offers

Sell packages, such as 5 massages paid up front, to bring clients back. Offer a first-visit price or a seasonal deal with discount codes.

For spas and clinics with several therapists

Each therapist gets their own hours and booking page, and every therapist is free to add. Round robin lets clients book whoever is free, and a routing form can send a client asking for prenatal or sports massage to the therapist who does it.

A simple website for your practice

An intro page works as a one-page website: who you are, the massages you offer, your prices and a book button. Use your own web address with a custom domain, or embed your booking page on the site you already have.

What NeetoCal costs

NeetoCal is free for unlimited therapists, booking pages and bookings, including payments, add-ons, tips, packages, contracts and reminders. The only paid option removes NeetoCal branding and adds custom CSS, at $5 per user per month or $30 per user per year. See NeetoCal pricing.

What NeetoCal doesn't do

NeetoCal is a booking tool. It does not keep SOAP notes or treatment records, sell gift cards, run a retail point of sale or handle insurance billing. Neeto also does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements today. Many therapists use NeetoCal for booking and payments, and keep notes in the system they already use.

### Faq

#### What is the best booking app for massage therapists?

It depends on what you need. If you want SOAP notes or insurance billing in the same tool, look at massage practice software such as MassageBook, ClinicSense or Jane. If you mainly need clients to book, pay, add extras and get reminders, and you don't want a monthly fee, NeetoCal does that for free.

#### Can clients leave a tip online?

Yes. Turn on tips for paid bookings, and clients can add a tip when they pay.

#### Does NeetoCal work for mobile massage therapists?

Yes. With client location, clients enter their address while booking. Add buffer time between bookings so you have time to travel.

#### Is NeetoCal HIPAA compliant?

No. Neeto does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements today. If HIPAA applies to your US practice, check with your compliance advisor before using a booking tool without a BAA.

#### Does NeetoCal have SOAP notes?

No. NeetoCal handles booking, payments, intake questions and reminders. Keep SOAP notes in the notes or practice system you already use.

#### Can a spa with several therapists use NeetoCal?
