# Create GitHub Issues from Support Chats | NeetoChat

Create GitHub issues from NeetoChat support tickets in one click so developers can track customer-reported bugs and feature requests.

## Overview

The NeetoChat GitHub integration links customer tickets to GitHub issues. After you connect your GitHub account and choose a repository, agents can click Create GitHub Issue in the ticket sidebar to send a customer-reported bug or feature request straight to your developers.

Support teams use it to hand off bug reports and feature requests without copying details between tools. Developers track the work in GitHub, where they already manage code, while support keeps the customer conversation in NeetoChat. You can connect all repositories or only specific ones, and one GitHub connection can be shared across multiple NeetoChat workspaces.
