# Knowledge Base Articles in Live Chat | NeetoChat

Open NeetoKB knowledge base articles inside the NeetoChat widget from any button or link in your app, giving users contextual help on the same page.

## Overview

NeetoChat can show knowledge base articles inside the chat widget. Connect it with NeetoKB and call the NeetoChat.contextualHelp.showKbArticle method with an article link or permalink, and that article opens in the widget whenever a user clicks the button or link you choose in your app.

Product teams use this for contextual support. Add a question mark icon next to a tricky setting, and clicking it opens the matching guide in the chat widget, so users read the answer without leaving the page. If the guide does not solve the problem, they are already in the widget and can start a chat with your team, keeping live support one click away.
