# CRM Login with an Authenticator App | NeetoCRM

Sign in to NeetoCRM with an authenticator app like 1Password, Authy or Google Authenticator. Use rotating 6-digit codes, plus 15 one-time backup codes.

## Overview

NeetoCRM supports authenticator app login as an alternative to email one-time passwords. Instead of waiting for a code in your inbox, you enter a 6-digit code from an app or browser extension such as 1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. It is faster and works even when you cannot reach your email.

Setup takes a few minutes from My profile: scan the QR code or enter the setup key, confirm a code, then save 15 backup codes. Each backup code works once and lets you sign in if you lose your device. Sales reps get quicker, more secure access to the CRM, and you can switch apps by setting it up again.
