# CRM Task Reminders by Email | NeetoCRM

Get email task reminders before each due time, a daily digest of overdue and upcoming tasks, and a notice when a task you assigned is completed.

## Overview

NeetoCRM task reminders send you an email before a task is due, 30 minutes ahead by default. Each user can change that timing in their own notification settings. A reminder needs a due time, so tasks with only a date do not trigger one.

You can also turn on a daily task email at a time you choose, listing your overdue tasks and what is due that day. Reps use it to plan their morning without opening the app. When you assign a task to a teammate, NeetoCRM can notify you by email once they complete it. This option is checked by default whenever the owner is someone other than you.
