Send form emails through your own SMTP provider in NeetoForm, such as Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Zoho Mail or your company mail server.

## Overview

NeetoForm can send form emails through your own SMTP provider, so messages arrive from your address and follow your existing email setup. It works with services that offer SMTP access, such as Zoho Mail, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun or your company's own mail server.

In the form's settings, open Send emails from your domain, choose SMTP and enter your host, port, username, password, sender email, display name and encryption type. Port 587 pairs with StartTLS and port 465 with SSL.

Custom SMTP suits organizations that already manage deliverability through a specific provider or need email to flow through company infrastructure. The setting applies per form, so each form can use a different sender address.
