# Add Meeting Booking to Forms with NeetoCal | NeetoForm

Embed NeetoCal booking in NeetoForm so respondents can schedule a meeting inside the form, without leaving the page or opening a separate link.

## Overview

The Embed NeetoCal booking element lets respondents book a meeting directly inside your NeetoForm form. Instead of sending people to a separate scheduling page after they submit, they pick a time from your NeetoCal scheduling link without leaving the form.

To set it up, open the scheduling link in NeetoCal, click Share, choose Embed on a webpage and copy the inline or iframe embed code. Then add the Embed NeetoCal booking element to your form and paste the code into its Embed Code field.

This works well for demo request forms, consultation intake, interview applications and onboarding questionnaires, where the next step is a call and you want respondents to book it while they are still engaged.
