# Trim and Split Screen Recordings Online | NeetoRecord

Trim the start or end of a video, split out sections from the middle, and undo or revert edits anytime using the built-in NeetoRecord video editor.

## Overview

Trim screen recordings in NeetoRecord without exporting them to another editor. On the Edit page, drag the edges of a clip inward to cut the start or end, or place the playhead and press Split (or the S key) to cut a section out of the middle. Remove any unwanted clip with one click, then apply your changes.

Zooming into the timeline lets you place cuts more precisely, and undo and redo work one action at a time. If you change your mind, discard the current session or revert to the original video, even after applying edits. It is a quick way to remove false starts, pauses and mistakes before you share a demo, tutorial or update.
