With January 2026 wrapped up, let’s take a look at our product metrics and see how we kicked off the year. Time to dive in!

Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for January 2026.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 1,020 (↑ 24%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 72,763 (↑ 45%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 843 (↓ 28%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 17,451 (↑ 17%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 7,131 (↑ 34%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 106 (↓ 5%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 13,527 (↓ 6%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 3,256 (↑ 16%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 3,821,394 (↓ 7%)

💰 Payment metrics

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

NeetoCal’s January updates focus on strengthening the product’s core with UX improvements to Troubleshoot slots, nickname-based search for scheduling links, image support in booking questions, improved booking count displays, and richer discount redemption reports.

We also improved usability across key scheduling flows and fixed important issues around disabled link visibility and group booking capacity handling to ensure more reliable scheduling. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now includes domain restrictions for embedded videos, a redesigned Finder modal for faster search, a more compact control bar, and UI improvements to transcripts and settings across the desktop app and Chrome extension.

Key fixes address speaker notes paste support, control bar scaling across zoom levels, distorted external camera feeds, and macOS auto-update behavior, making recording and the desktop experience more reliable overall.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now delivers ordered webhook payloads, an optimized payload structure for matrix and address fields, a significantly higher quantity selector limit, and clearer “No response” indicators for empty optional fields in emails.

Key fixes improve payment handling on re-enabled forms, disabled form reason visibility, mobile file upload reliability, email validation messaging, analytics accuracy, country flag consistency, query parameter validation. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk now supports mailbox assignment via public API, persistent ticket list columns, ticket counts on views, improved attachment actions, and attachment URLs in exports. A smoother reply editor, prefilled customer details and cleaned-up priority options enhance daily workflows, while multiple fixes across attachments, mailboxes, and credit card masking make ticket handling more stable and reliable.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat now delivers faster chat loading, reduced assignment notification noise, and consistent date/time tooltips across the UI. More reliable Slack sync, accurate subscriber emails and notifications, improved mention handling, phone input fixes, and corrected view access permissions make everyday chat operations smoother and more dependable.

NeetoCal recorded its highest-ever number of meeting booked in January.

Highest ever monthly payments collected across the Neeto products.
