With September 2025 behind us, let's look at the product metrics. Time to dive in!

Currently, we are live with these eleven products - NeetoRecord, NeetoCal, NeetoChat, NeetoDesk, NeetoKB, NeetoForm, NeetoInvoice, NeetoQuiz, NeetoSite & NeetoPlaydash.

Here are some high-level metrics for these products. All the data is for September 2025.

• Number of new workspaces created in Neeto: 2,052 (↓ 52%)

• Number of meetings booked using NeetoCal: 55,214 (↑ 16%)

• Number of new meeting links created in NeetoCal: 1,054 (↑ 17%)

• Number of recordings created in NeetoRecord: 16,689 (↓ 8%)

• Number of form submissions in NeetoForm: 6,987 (↓ 24%)

• Number of invoices generated in NeetoInvoice: 121 (↓ 16%)

• Number of tickets created in NeetoDesk: 21,759 (↑ 64%)

• Number of new articles created in NeetoKB: 6,781 (↓ 48%)

• Number of sites create using NeetoSite: 44 (↓ 44%)

• Number of tests reported in NeetoPlaydash: 1,93,293 (↑ 50%)

For September, the total payment collected using NeetoCal, NeetoForm was around $161,882.70 (we used the current exchange rate to calculate). Here is the breakdown:

🚀 Product Updates

NeetoCal

NeetoCal hits a new milestone with over 50K+ bookings in September — our highest ever in a single month!

We rolled out key features like workspace-level Google Sheets integration, admin panel email notifications, SMS reminder questions, multiple meeting durations, and improved reporting columns.

Performance saw major gains with a 93% faster embed load time and 95% quicker slot availability, making scheduling smoother and more reliable than ever. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoRecord

NeetoRecord now brings a smoother experience with an improved recording countdown, clearer error messages, chapter copying, UI tweaks, and better performance on low-resource desktops. Bug fixes include Mac Dock visibility, alert popup placement, auto-generation issues, hidden link buttons, and 404 errors from unpublished forms.

NeetoForm

NeetoForm now brings powerful new features like a product list element for seamless ordering, cloning of conditional logic to save time, improved CSV/Excel exports, and time-based automation rules. Error messages are clearer, especially for whitespace submissions.

Bug fixes include improvements to image sizing, OTP login, spacing in picture choices, thank you page consistency, analytics tags, and number field defaults, along with several UI and logic refinements for a smoother form-building experience. Read more on our monthly blog.

NeetoDesk

NeetoDesk rolled out teammate tagging in replies, enhanced public APIs and webhooks, faster bulk actions, and a more flexible ticketing experience. UI improvements, consistent terminology, and relaxed phone number rules made things smoother—along with a host of critical bug fixes.

NeetoChat

NeetoChat introduced teammate tagging in replies and added the ability to toggle activity log visibility for a cleaner chat view. We improved Slack reply attribution, refined visitor tracking logic, and fixed several bugs — including issues with canned responses, logo uploads, email syncing, and Slack notifications — all contributing to a smoother and more reliable support experience. NeetoKB

NeetoKB now lets you create, edit, delete, and reorder categories directly from the sidebar, making content management faster and more intuitive. We also fixed issues with sidebar redirects, missing styles, and embedding NeetoRecord videos with custom domains.
