In June at [NeetoCal](https://neetocal.com/neetocal), we focused on expanding revenue-generating options for hosts, giving clients smarter ways to interact with booking links, and refining approval workflows, notifications, and permissions.

Here's everything we shipped in June 2026 in NeetoCal.

## **Enhancements✨**

#### **Recurring meetings via Razorpay**

[Razorpay](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/razorpay-integration) can now be used to accept payments for [recurring meetings](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/recurring-meetings) by accepting full payment upfront. Previously, recurring subscriptions were limited to Stripe. Hosts in regions where Razorpay is the preferred payment provider, especially in India, can now sell recurring coaching packages and class series without switching payment providers.

#### **Edit scheduling link directly from the public booking URL**

Hosts can now append `/edit` to their public [scheduling link](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/scheduling-links) URL to jump straight into the builder for that link. This removes the extra step of navigating through the dashboard to find and edit the link. It is useful when you're testing changes or making quick adjustments while sharing the public URL.

#### **Track who booked a meeting**

NeetoCal now tracks who booked a meeting by covering two scenarios. First, when an admin [books a meeting on behalf of a client](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/schedule-meetings-on-the-client-s-behalf), the admin's identity is captured. Second, when a [scheduling link's access](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/access-control) is restricted to private team members and one of them books on behalf of a client, that team member is captured too. The "Booked by" row appears on the booking details page for admin views and is also included in the webhook payload, giving teams clear visibility for reporting and internal audits.

#### **Pre-fill discount codes via URL parameters**

[Discount codes](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/discount-code) can now be pre-filled through URL parameters when sharing a booking link. Similar to how other [booking questions can be pre-filled](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/pre-filling-booking-questions-via-url), you can share a link that already has the discount code applied. Clients don't have to type it in, which reduces drop-off during checkout for promotions and campaigns.

#### **Payment IDs in webhooks and API responses**

Payment IDs from Razorpay, Stripe, and PayPal are now included in [webhook](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/webhook-integration) payloads and API responses for bookings. This makes it much easier to reconcile NeetoCal bookings with the underlying transactions in your payment provider's dashboard or accounting system.

#### **QR code on the thank you page**

Booking confirmation pages now display a QR code alongside the booking details. Clients can scan the code from a desktop browser to open the booking on their phone. This is useful for adding the meeting to a mobile calendar, sharing it, or retrieving the details later. It is configurable per scheduling link from the [thank you page](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/thankyou) settings.

#### **Cleaner default subject lines for email notifications**

We updated the default subject lines used across booking, reschedule, cancellation, and reminder emails so they are more descriptive and actionable at a glance. Hosts who haven't customised their [notification templates](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/notifications-templates) will benefit automatically, and the new defaults are a better starting point when writing your own.

#### **Customizable email templates for the approval flow**

Bookings that [require host approval](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/require-approval) now have dedicated, editable [email templates](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/notifications-templates) for each stage, including pending approval, approved, and rejected. Hosts can tailor the tone and content of these emails to match their brand or clarify next steps for the client, instead of relying on fixed default copy.

#### **SMS notification templates**

We added SMS templates for attendee notifications, complementing the existing email templates. Hosts can customize the wording of [SMS reminders and notifications](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/notifications-templates#manage-sms-templates) sent to clients, matching them to their brand voice or workflow.

#### **Discount codes now apply to packages**

[Discount codes](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/discount-code) can now be used at checkout on [packages](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/packages). Previously, they only applied to individual bookings, which meant package promotions had to be handled manually. Now, a single discount code can drive both booking-level and package-level sales.

#### **Default permissions for standard/custom roles for new workspaces**

When a new workspace is created, standard and custom [roles](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/roles-and-permissions) come pre-populated with sensible defaults instead of empty permission sets. This means teams can start collaborating right away without an admin having to configure permissions by role before onboarding members.

#### **More configuration options on the audit log**

The [audit log](https://neetocalhelp.neetokb.com/articles/audit-logs) view now surfaces more configuration options, so admins can filter and drill into activity more precisely. This is helpful during compliance reviews or when investigating a specific change.
