# Add Guests to Scheduled Meetings | NeetoCal

Add guests to an upcoming NeetoCal meeting without rebooking. Hosts and clients can invite colleagues, and each guest gets the meeting invitation.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets hosts and clients add guests to a meeting after it has been booked. There is no need to cancel and rebook when someone else needs to join. Just add their email address, and the new guest receives the meeting details and a calendar invitation.

A client might want to bring a colleague, or a host might loop in a manager or teammate. Hosts add guests from the booking's details pane on the Bookings page. Clients use the Add guests button on the confirmation page or the link in their confirmation email. The host and client are notified when a guest is added, and hosts can turn that notification off.
