# Custom Email Notifications and Reminders | NeetoCal

Customize booking confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, and reminder emails and SMS in NeetoCal with templates and dynamic variables per workspace.

## Overview

Custom email notifications in NeetoCal let you control the wording of every message hosts and clients receive. Admins edit workspace templates for confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, approval, rejection, and reminder emails, plus matching SMS messages, from one place in the Admin panel.

Templates support dynamic variables such as client name, host name, meeting name, and meeting time. Preview a message before saving, or reset it to the default at any time. Need different wording for one service? Switch that scheduling link to custom notifications, and edit each client reminder email, such as the 24 hour or 2 hour reminder, separately. Teams use this to add preparation steps, directions, or cancellation policies to their booking emails.
