# Group Meeting Scheduling for Classes and Webinars | NeetoCal

Run group meetings in NeetoCal where many clients book the same slot. Set a maximum group size, show remaining spots and see everyone who booked.

## Overview

Group meetings in NeetoCal let multiple clients book the same time slot with one host. You set the maximum group size per slot, such as 10 or 25 people, and once that many clients have booked, the slot closes automatically and disappears from the booking page.

Group scheduling suits webinars, training sessions, fitness classes and workshops. You can show remaining spots next to each slot, let one client book multiple spots, and charge different prices per category, such as adult and child. Clients are never added as guests on the calendar event, so their email addresses stay private, and the host's calendar shows how many spots are filled.
