# n8n Scheduling Integration | NeetoCal

Connect NeetoCal to n8n with webhooks. Send real-time booking data to n8n and automate workflows on n8n Cloud or your own self-hosted instance.

## Overview

n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool that connects apps and services through a visual, node-based editor. You can use n8n Cloud or self-host it to keep full control over your data. NeetoCal connects to n8n through webhooks, sending booking and event data to n8n in real time.

Teams use n8n to route new bookings to a CRM, transform booking data before storing it, notify their team, or trigger actions across their connected tools. To set it up, add a Webhook node to an n8n workflow, then open Webhooks in the NeetoCal Admin Panel, paste the n8n webhook URL as the endpoint, and choose the event to subscribe to. NeetoCal does not have a native n8n node yet, so webhooks are how the two connect.
