# Add Taxes to Paid Bookings | NeetoCal

Add sales tax, VAT, or GST to paid meetings in NeetoCal. Name the tax, set its type and value, and show it clearly to clients at booking.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you add taxes to paid bookings so the final amount a client pays includes the tax you are required to collect. Taxes are set per scheduling link and are shown explicitly to the client at the time of booking, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Consultants, clinics, and trainers who charge for sessions can add sales tax, VAT, or GST to their paid appointments. Open the Taxes settings of a scheduling link that accepts payments, enter a name and description, choose the tax type, and set its value. Clients see the tax listed separately in the payment breakdown, which keeps your invoices and records clear.
