# Bulk Edit CRM Team Members and Roles | NeetoCRM

Manage CRM team members in bulk with NeetoCRM. Select several members at once to change their roles or remove them from your workspace in a few clicks.

## Overview

NeetoCRM lets you manage CRM team members in bulk instead of editing them one at a time. From the Team members page, select several members with checkboxes, click Take Action, and either change their role or remove them from the workspace.

This helps when a team is reorganized, when a group of reps gets promoted to a manager role, or when contractors finish a project and need their access removed together. Admins save time, and role changes stay consistent across everyone selected, which reduces the chance of someone keeping access they should no longer have.
