## Overview

NeetoCRM bulk actions let you update many leads or deals at once instead of editing each record. Select leads to add tags, transfer ownership, convert them into deals, send SMS or email, archive, or delete them in a single step.

For deals, bulk actions cover adding tags, transferring ownership, updating status, moving deals to another pipeline or stage, and deleting. Sales managers use this to reassign a departing rep's book of business, tag leads from a recent event, or clean up stale deals after a pipeline review. It turns hours of one-by-one edits into a few clicks.
