Keep a product catalog inside your CRM. Add goods and services with descriptions and product codes, then link them to deals to calculate deal value.

## Overview

NeetoCRM includes a product catalog where you list the goods and services you sell. A dedicated Products page in the sidebar lets you add each product with a detailed description and a unique product code, giving your sales team one reference list to work from.

What counts as a product depends on your business. An online retailer might list clothing, electronics, or books, while a software company might list software packages or licenses. Once products are in the catalog, sales reps can link them to deals, and each linked product contributes to the deal's overall business value. That keeps pipeline numbers tied to what customers are actually buying.
