# Send Email from Your CRM | NeetoCRM

Send email from your CRM to leads, deals and contacts, one at a time or in bulk, using your synced Gmail address or a record-specific email address.

## Overview

NeetoCRM lets you send email from your CRM directly to leads, deals, and contacts. Write a message from the Mails tab on any record, or select several records on a listing page and send an email to all of them with a bulk action.

You can send from your synced Google account or from the record's own NeetoCRM email address, when that feature is enabled. Both options appear in the From dropdown, and NeetoCRM remembers the one you used last as the default. Because messages go out from inside the record, every email stays attached to the right lead, deal, or contact, so teammates can see the conversation without searching an inbox.
