# Send Form Emails from Your Own Domain | NeetoForm

Send form emails from your own domain with the Neeto email service. Verify your domain with DNS records and respondents see your address as sender.

## Overview

NeetoForm lets you send form emails from your own domain even if your email is not on Gmail or Outlook. With the Neeto email service, NeetoForm delivers the emails and shows your address, such as notifications@yourcompany.com, as the sender instead of a Neeto address.

Setup happens in the form's settings under Send emails from your domain. Enter the sending address and display name, then add the DNS records NeetoForm shows to your domain registrar and click Verify domain. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to spread.

Until verification succeeds, the form keeps sending emails as before, so nothing breaks while you wait. This option suits teams that want a branded sender address on notifications and responses without connecting a mailbox or managing their own SMTP server.
