# Download Form Submissions to Excel, CSV, PDF | NeetoForm

Download form submissions from NeetoForm as Excel, CSV or PDF files, with optional hidden fields, custom fields and respondent metadata included.

## Overview

NeetoForm lets you download form submissions in Excel, CSV or PDF format so you can work with responses offline or share them with people outside your workspace. Select the submissions you need on the Submissions tab, click Download and choose a format.

Before exporting, decide what else goes into the file. You can include answers to hidden fields, such as UTM parameters or prefilled values, along with the custom fields your team uses for internal notes and statuses.

You can also export respondent metadata: IP address, browser and version, device and device type, and operating system and version. This helps when you need to analyze responses in a spreadsheet, keep records for compliance or troubleshoot where submissions came from.
