Every plan includes every feature. Pay only for the number of active projects and storage you need.

-   Free: $0, free forever. Active projects: 1. Storage: 5 GB. For trying NeetoPlanner on a single project.
-   Starter: $9/month or $90/year. Active projects: 3. Storage: 25 GB. For small teams with a few projects on the go.
-   Pro: $19/month or $190/year. Active projects: 25. Storage: 100 GB. For teams running many projects at once.
-   Business: $49/month or $490/year. Active projects: 100. Storage: 500 GB. For organizations with lots of parallel work.
-   Unlimited: $99/month or $990/year. Active projects: Unlimited. Storage: 1 TB. No cap on active projects. Add storage in 1 TB steps.

Need more storage? Upgrade your plan to increase your storage limit. Unlimited plan customers can purchase additional storage in 1 TB increments.

## What is an active project?

An active project is any project your team is currently working in. Your plan sets how many projects can be active at the same time.

When a project wraps up, archive it. Archived projects don’t count toward your limit, stay accessible in read-only mode, and every existing link to them keeps working. You can keep as many archived projects as you like, on every plan.

## What’s included in every plan

-   Unlimited team members: Invite your whole team. You never pay per seat.
-   All features included: No feature gates. The Free plan gets the same product as Unlimited.
-   Unlimited tasks and comments: Add as many tasks and comments as your projects need.
-   Unlimited archived projects: Archive finished work without deleting anything.
-   Read-only access to archives: Archived projects remain accessible in read-only mode.
-   Links keep working: Existing links to archived projects continue working.
