This month we shipped Client location as a meeting spot, a new meeting location type that lets clients supply their own address at booking time—perfect for in-home and on-site services. We added customizable reschedule emails so hosts can tailor the subject and body when they reschedule a meeting for a client.
We also rolled out a workspace-level Slack integration wired into our automation rules, plus bulk cancel for group meeting bookings and a fix for the recurring-bookings loading issue. Read more on our monthly blog.
You can now leave timestamped comments pinned to exact moments, and we added comment bubbles on the progress bar so reviewers can spot feedback right on the timeline.
On the editing side, we shipped undo and redo for granular control over individual edits, along with drag to trim clips so you can fine-tune by dragging clip edges instead of splitting. The editor now also skips cut regions during playback, so the preview matches your final output.
Combined with niceties like thumbnail generation and recording Tags, editing feels much smoother. Read more on our monthly blog.
This month we gave the mailbox a full revamp, with a card-based layout and clearer Connect and Settings tabs for managing connected accounts. We also added custom mail server support, so you can now connect any provider—Zoho, Yahoo, FastMail, or a self-hosted server—not just Gmail or Outlook. We rebuilt the ticket forms with a full-screen builder and four ways to share: direct link, embed code, QR code, and social buttons.
On top of that, we shipped consumer portal enhancements with customer ticket creation, Single Sign-on (SSO), and dark mode, plus read receipts so agents can see when customers open an email. Read more on our monthly blog.
This month we shipped message reactions so teammates can react to messages with emojis internally without the customer seeing them—see our Message reactions guide. We added read receipts, surfacing delivery status checkmarks on outgoing messages so agents know when replies land.
