# Pay Later and Cash Payments for Bookings | NeetoCal

Let clients book now and pay later in cash, by cheque, or bank transfer. NeetoCal records the booking and lets you confirm payment once received.

## Overview

Cash payments in NeetoCal, now called Pay later, let clients book a meeting now and pay you outside NeetoCal. You can collect cash in person, accept a cheque, or take a bank transfer. No payment integration is required to offer this option.

You can write payment instructions of up to 500 characters, such as "Cash or cheque at the appointment" or "Bank transfer, details to follow". Clients see this message on the payment step when they book a scheduling link or buy a package. New scheduling links reuse your most recent instructions, so you only state your terms once.

When the money arrives, open the booking and click Confirm payment, with optional notes. The payment status changes to Paid and the payment appears in the Payments section, so offline payments stay tracked alongside online ones.
