# Contract Signing With Bookings | NeetoCal

Attach a contract to a NeetoCal scheduling link so clients and hosts get it for e-signature when a meeting is booked. Track who has signed.

## Overview

Contracts in NeetoCal let you collect signatures as part of the booking process. Upload a PDF or Word document, add signature fields, and attach it to a scheduling link. When a client books, the contract is sent to both the host and the client for signing.

This suits consultants, therapists, agencies and freelancers who need a signed agreement before work begins. Signatures are handled through DocuSeal, which provides signature validation and proof of signing. A client signs only once per scheduling link, matched by email. Each contract shows everyone it was sent to with a status such as Not signed or Signed by both parties, so you can filter for pending signatures and download signed copies.
