# Create CRM Leads and Deals from Email | NeetoCRM

Create a CRM lead from email in NeetoCRM. Assign any synced email to a lead or deal, with lead details prefilled from the message. Reps verify and save.

## Overview

NeetoCRM lets you create a CRM lead from email without copying details by hand. Open a synced email, or one tied to an existing lead or deal, click Assign lead/deal and choose Add new lead/deal. For new leads, NeetoCRM detects details in the message and prefills the lead creation form.

Prospects often reach out by email first, or a deal takes shape over a long email thread. Linking that email to a lead or deal keeps the conversation on the record, so the whole sales team can see what was discussed. Reps check the prefilled lead details and save. New deals are entered through the deal form.
