# Email to Lead Capture | NeetoCRM

Turn incoming email into leads. Your NeetoCRM workspace gets its own address, and every message sent to it creates a lead from the sender's details.

## Overview

NeetoCRM captures leads from email through a workspace BCC address. Each workspace receives a unique, system-generated address based on its name, such as yourcompany@neetocrmemail.com, and any email sent to that address is captured in NeetoCRM and turned into a new lead.

A lead is created from the sender's details, and the original email is attached to it. For example, a message from oliver@bigbinary.com creates a lead for BigBinary with Oliver as the contact. Teams can share this address with prospects, add it in BCC on outreach, or forward inquiries to it, so new interest reaches the CRM without anyone typing in contact details by hand.
