Let’s go through what we got done in April 2026 in NeetoDesk.

New features ✨

Move tickets across workspaces

Tickets can now be moved from one workspace to another, making it easier to handle misrouted tickets or collaborate across teams.

Granular report permissions

Report access is now more flexible with separate permissions for viewing assigned ticket reports vs all ticket reports, allowing better control over data visibility.

Improved initial email sync (Gmail & Outlook)

Mailbox sync now pulls full email threads instead of individual emails, ensuring complete and accurate ticket histories from the start.

  • Global search (Finder) now looks inside ticket descriptions, not just titles

  • Ticket search now includes cc’d email addresses

Improved integrations and sync reliability

  • Added a backfill task to recover missed Google Workspace messages

  • Better handling of Gmail/Outlook authentication expiry during sync

  • Improved Slack notification reliability and parsing

  • Admins are now notified when outbound emails fail (immediate or after retries)

  • Temporary Gmail “server busy” errors are automatically retried

  • Improved handling of non-UTF8 emails and legacy encodings

  • Outlook email threads now display comments in correct order
