### New features 🚀

#### Google Drive integration

You can now [connect a form to Google Drive](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/google-drive-integration). Every uploaded file is saved to your Drive along with a PDF copy of the submission, each submission in its own folder named from the fields you pick.

#### Pre-fill discount codes from the URL

[Discount codes](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/discount-codes) can now be applied through a query parameter on the form link, so respondents see the discount already applied.

#### Shadcn UI migration

NeetoForm has moved to our new design system, giving the admin interface a cleaner and more consistent look throughout.

#### Notifications in private Slack channels

The [Slack integration](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/slack) now posts to private channels as well as public ones, so form activity can go to the channel where the team already talks.

#### MCP server updated to directory standards

Our [MCP server](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/mcp) now meets the Anthropic Connectors Directory and ChatGPT Apps SDK requirements, so connecting NeetoForm to an AI assistant is more dependable.

#### A limit on PDF attachments in emails

Emails that carry [generated PDF documents](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/generating-pdf-documents-from-form-submissions) now cap how many can be attached, so a message never grows too large to be delivered.

#### Clearer file upload removal

Removing an uploaded file in the form builder now reads as a deliberate action, which makes it harder to clear the wrong one.

#### Tidier submission details

Heading and Divider elements no longer appear in submission details, so a response shows only the questions and answers.

#### Freeze columns on the API keys table

The [API keys](https://help.neetoform.com/articles/api-keys) table now supports freezing columns, so the key name stays in view as you scroll.

#### Tip amount hidden by default

The Tip Amount column on the Payments page is now hidden unless you turn it on.

### Bug fixes ⚒️

- Fields can be selected again when building conditional logic conditions.

- The submissions list loads correctly on forms where it previously stayed empty.

- Forms can be edited from mobile browsers again, including deleting fields and dismissing the sidebar.

- Sending an email to a submission no longer crashes the page.

- An oversized email sent through a custom SMTP account no longer deletes the account and sends a misleading disconnection notice.

- Underline, strikethrough and highlight formatting now survive into the received email instead of appearing only in the preview.

- Exported PDFs include the discount code and discount amount alongside the rest of the payment details.

- Changes to a discount code save without having to touch the applied forms selection first.

- A discount code's redemption limit holds even when several people submit at the same moment.

- Email notification pages are reachable without the Manage PDF documents permission.

- Pre-fill links populate phone number fields in a browser session that already had the form open.

- Entering an invalid or expired email verification code now shows an error instead of failing silently.

- The Connect button is back on the Trello integration page.

- Transferring a form redirects to a working URL on workspaces using a custom domain.

- The country flag shown next to a phone number matches its dialling code.
