# Discount Codes for Payment Forms | NeetoForm

Create percentage or fixed discount codes for NeetoForm payment forms, set expiry dates and redemption limits, and track every redemption.

## Overview

Discount codes in NeetoForm let you offer full or partial discounts on any form with a payment element. Create a code in the Admin Panel, choose a percentage or a fixed amount, and optionally set an expiry date and a maximum number of redemptions. For example, a code like FIRST10 can give 50 percent off to your first ten customers.

You choose which forms accept each code. At the payment step, respondents enter the code and click Apply, and the discounted price appears next to the struck-out original. Each code shows its status and redemption count, and reports list every redemption with the amount paid, plus per-form totals you can export as a CSV.
