# Email Templates for Form Responses | NeetoForm

Create reusable email templates for form responses in NeetoForm, with dynamic variables that fill in names and answers from each submission.

## Overview

Email templates in NeetoForm let you save reusable messages for replying to form responses. Each form can have multiple templates, each with its own subject and body, so you do not have to write the same confirmation or follow-up from scratch every time.

Templates support dynamic variables that pull values from the submission, such as the respondent's name, the submission date or any answer. You can use a saved template when sending emails to selected submissions.

Manage templates from the form's Message templates settings. Edit or delete them at any time, and mark seasonal or temporary templates inactive so they stay out of the way until you need them again. Teams handling registrations, applications or support requests use them to keep replies consistent.
