Send form emails from your own Gmail account in NeetoForm. Notifications, responses, verification codes and automation emails come from your address.

## Overview

NeetoForm lets you send form emails from your own Gmail account instead of the default neetoform.outbound@neeto.com address. Connect a Gmail account in the form's settings under Send emails from your domain, and every email that form sends goes out from that account.

This covers submission notifications, response emails, verification codes and emails triggered by automation rules. Respondents see a sender they recognize, which builds trust, keeps your brand consistent and means replies come back to a mailbox your team already checks.

Email delivery is set per form, so a sales inquiry form can send from a sales mailbox while a hiring form sends from your recruiting address. Connecting takes a few clicks: choose Gmail, sign in, pick the account and confirm.
