# Send SMS to Form Respondents | NeetoForm

Send SMS messages to form respondents from NeetoForm. Select submissions, choose an SMS template or write a text, and send it through your Twilio number.

## Overview

NeetoForm lets you send SMS messages to form respondents directly from the submissions page. Select the submissions you want to reach, open the Take Action menu, choose Send SMS, and then pick a saved SMS template or compose a new text message.

The message goes to every selected submission with a valid phone number, so your form needs at least one phone number question. Messages are sent through your own Twilio account, which you connect once in the form's integrations.

Text messages work well for time-sensitive updates, such as appointment confirmations, event changes, reminders to complete a next step or quick follow-ups with leads who are more likely to read a text than an email.
