Milestone M33 - faster EUI, draft view fixes, smoother navigation and more

Let's go through what we got done in Milestone M33 (Mar 24 - Apr 06).

Enhancements

• Optimized categories loading logic on the EUI page by reducing recursive SQL queries, which improved article load time and prevented rack timeout issues.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where the "Unarchive" button didn’t work until the page was reloaded.

• Resolved a 403 error in the admin panel that occurred when users with access to roles but not integrations tried to open the roles page.

• Fixed a scrolling issue on the EUI side where the page wouldn't navigate to the correct section when opening links with a fragment identifier.

• Fixed incorrect article counts on the dashboard when filters were applied.

• Fixed incorrect browser tab titles for pages in the admin panel.

• Updated the EUI page to use jsDelivr instead of Unpkg for CDN links..

• Fixed an issue where the draft view didn’t display the article title and content correctly after it was published for the first time and then updated.
