# Upload Videos and Share With a Link | NeetoRecord

Upload existing videos to NeetoRecord and share them like any recording. Pro users get up to 200 GB of external video uploads per person.

## Overview

Upload videos you recorded elsewhere to NeetoRecord and manage them alongside your screen recordings. From the Recordings page, click Upload, select your files and confirm. Uploaded videos can then be shared, organized and customized like any other recording, including adding a custom thumbnail, since external videos do not get one by default.

Video uploads are part of the Pro plan, which gives each person up to 200 GB of external video storage. The limit is cumulative rather than monthly, and the Upload button shows how much you have used. If you later move to the free plan, videos you already uploaded keep working. This helps teams bring older demos and training videos into one place.
