Here's everything we shipped in August 2026 in NeetoCal. ## New features🎉 #### Build your web page using intro pages Until now, an [intro page](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/intro-pages) could only show your scheduling links and packages. It listed what people could book, but it gave you no room to show your work or explain what you offer. Now you can build the full page. Add sections like services, team, and about us, drag them into the order you want, and pick a layout and variant for each one. Everything updates in a live preview as you go, and your work stays in a draft until you publish. That turns your intro page into a proper showcase. You can present your services, introduce the people behind them, and let visitors book or buy right there. For solopreneurs and small to mid-sized teams, that means selling your work from a page you already own, without paying for and maintaining a separate site. To get you started, NeetoCal can write the opening copy based on your profession. Therapy, yoga, fitness, coaching, tutoring, and dog walking come with ready-made content, and any other profession you type in will generate content for it, so you start from a real page instead of a blank one. #### Fallback for routing forms when no answers match [Routing forms](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/routing-forms) send visitors to a scheduling link based on how they answer your questions. Until now, a visitor whose answers matched none of the rules reached a dead end. Hosts can now configure a fallback for exactly that case, so every respondent lands somewhere useful instead of dropping off. This matters most on forms with narrow routing rules, where unusual answer combinations are common. This is also another opportunity for not loosing a lead that you got. #### Views for active and disabled scheduling links The [scheduling links](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/scheduling-links) listing page has now bifurcated into three tabs: All, Active, and Disabled, keeping "Active" as the default tab. This will allow users to see the scheduling links where they can interact more, while keeping the other disabled links in a separate tab for a clearer view. ## Enhancements✨ #### Choose whether buffer time applies to outside events A new option within the [buffer time](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/buffer-time) card controls whether buffer time applies to events booked outside NeetoCal. It stays checked by default, so existing behaviour doesn't change. When it's unchecked, buffer time applies only to bookings made through NeetoCal. A host with a personal event on their Google Calendar from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM can then still take a 3:00 PM booking, instead of the slot being pushed to 3:30 PM. #### Default content for calendar entries when no calendar is connected Hosts without a connected calendar now get a sensible default for the [calendar entry](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/calendar-invitations) content, instead of a bare event when they manually add events to their calendar. The entry includes the client's form responses, the meeting location, and a link to reschedule or cancel. Hosts and clients each get the link that's right for them, so the details they need are in the event itself. #### Stripe connected accounts across more countries Workspaces using Stripe for [split payments](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/meeting-with-split-payment) can now onboard connected accounts across Stripe's cross-border payouts set, covering the US, UK, EEA, Canada, and Switzerland. A platform based in any of those regions can bring on team members from any of the others. Previously, a US setup could only accept US-registered members, which forced workspaces with an international team to run separate setups. #### Improvements for contacts The [contacts](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/contacts) page got a round of fixes. Sorting order and frozen column preferences are now saved, so the layout you set is the layout you return to. The search bar is wider for full-text visibility, and the default ordering surfaces upcoming meetings first, which puts the clients you're about to see at the top. #### Check calendar preference overrides without an integration Admins can now open the [calendar preference override](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/override-calendar-preferences) settings for a host even when that host hasn't connected a calendar yet. This makes it possible to review and prepare a host's configuration ahead of onboarding, rather than waiting until their calendar is linked. #### Save directly from the unsaved changes prompt When you navigate away from a page with unsaved edits, the prompt now lets you save those changes right there. Previously, the only options were to discard the edits or stay on the page and save manually. #### Date specific overrides no longer preselect today Opening the [date specific overrides](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/date-specific-overrides) picker no longer selects the current date by default. Hosts adding an override for a future date were accidentally applying it to today, and now the date has to be chosen deliberately. That's everything we shipped in August.
