In September at [NeetoCal](https://www.neeto.com/neetocal), we focused on three things: letting hosts manage bookings from their calendar, giving team members more flexibility when they book for customers, and showing which ads bring in bookings.

Here's everything we shipped in September 2026 in NeetoCal.

## New features🎉

#### Reschedule by moving the event in your calendar

Earlier, a host who had already moved an event in their calendar still had to open NeetoCal and reschedule the booking there too. Hosts can now move a booking's event in Google Calendar or Outlook, or change its length, and NeetoCal [reschedules the booking to match](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/reschedule-by-moving-the-event-in-your-calendar). The customer sees the new time too. Group meetings are not included, so moving a group session's event leaves the booking as it is.

#### Book any slot by overriding availability rules

Admins and hosts can now [book any slot](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/book-any-slot-without-restrictions) while creating or rescheduling a booking, even one that is normally blocked. Turn on the override, and every slot in the day shows up. This helps when a customer needs a time that is full or after hours.

#### Booked by me tab for bookings

The Bookings page has a new Booked by me tab. It lists every booking a team member made on behalf of a customer, so assistants and coordinators get [one place to find and manage the meetings they arranged](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/booked-by-me-tab-for-bookings). A new permission controls who can manage these bookings.

#### Track your Meta ads with Meta Pixel

Running Facebook or Instagram ads? [Connect your Meta Pixel to NeetoCal](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/track-and-optimise-your-meta-ads-with-meta-pixel) to see which ads turn into bookings. Use one pixel for the whole workspace, or give a scheduling link or intro page its own. Bookings made inside an embed count too, as long as your website uses the same Pixel ID.

## Enhancements ✨

#### Add-on services on group meetings

Earlier, add-on services were available only on one-on-one, round-robin, and multi-host meetings. Group meetings can now [offer add-on services](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/offer-add-on-services-on-group-meetings), such as an ingredients kit for a cooking class or a mat for a yoga session. Each customer picks their own, and a paid service is charged once for every spot they book.

#### Cash payment is now Pay later, with your own message

Earlier, this payment option was called Cash, which suggested that customers could only pay in cash. The Cash payment option is now called "Pay later," since customers can pay by any method you accept outside NeetoCal. Hosts can also [write the message customers see](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/customize-pay-later-message) when they choose it, such as "Bank transfer, details to follow."

#### Resend contracts and know when they are signed

The contract details page now has a Resend button next to each party who hasn't signed yet. A new "Contract signed by both parties" webhook event also lets your other tools [find out when a contract is complete](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/contract-resend-and-signing-updates).

#### Video links regenerated after you reconnect your video tool

When a video tool such as Zoom disconnects, bookings get a Jitsi link so customers can still join. Now, when you reconnect, NeetoCal [switches those upcoming bookings back to your video tool's link](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/restore-video-links-after-reconnecting) and updates their calendar events. You no longer fix each booking manually.

#### Webhook for video link and meeting place changes

A new "Spot updated" webhook event fires when the video link or meeting place changes on a confirmed booking, including host changes and regenerated video links. The event [carries both the old and the new meeting place](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/webhook-for-video-link-or-meeting-place-changes), along with the new video link.

#### Control who can change a booking's host

Earlier, anyone who could manage a booking could also change its host. A new "Change host for the booking" permission now [decides which team members can reassign a booking](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/change-host-permission) to another host. The permission applies both to bookings you host and to bookings you made on someone else's behalf.

#### Booking events in Google Analytics

Earlier, Google Analytics received only page views from your scheduling pages. NeetoCal can now [report every step of a booking](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/track-your-whole-booking-funnel-in-google-analytics) to Google Analytics, from link opened to booking completed, so you can see where customers drop off. Booking events stay off until you turn them on, so existing reports don't change.

#### IP restriction

Admins can now [allow access to their workspace only from specific IP addresses or IP ranges](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/ip-restriction), so only people on trusted networks can view or work with your data. Your current IP address is added to the [allowed IP range](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/adding-an-individual-ip-to-allowed-ip-range) automatically, so you don't lock yourself out.

#### Email and SMS settings in their own categories

The admin panel now has separate email and SMS categories. Email holds everything from email templates to email logs. SMS holds [SMS notifications](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/global-notifications), [SMS templates](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/notifications-templates), and the Twilio and Telnyx integrations. Scheduling link settings follow the same split. Settings that belong to a single host, such as reminders and calendar connections, have moved to the Host tab, and old links redirect there.

#### Intro page improvements

The Map section now accepts the short links from Google Maps' Share button. The Gallery and Map sections also have [text and background color options](https://engage.neetocal.com/changelogs/customize-colors-in-gallery-and-map-sections), and the page's global settings are grouped into collapsible sections.

#### Shared links and browser tabs show your name

Sharing an [intro page](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/intro-pages) or [package link](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/share-package) now shows a preview card with that page's or package's name in its own colors. The browser tab title on your public pages shows only your page's name, without NeetoCal branding.

#### Email to the host when a slot is reserved

Earlier, when a slot was reserved for a customer, the host heard nothing until the customer paid. Now, when a host or admin [reserves a slot for a customer](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/book-a-meeting-on-behalf-of-customer-and-send-payment-link), the host gets an email right away. It says whether a payment link was sent and, if not, how to confirm the booking or mark it as paid

#### Reminders follow a rescheduled booking

[Booking reminders](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/email-reminder-for-client) now follow the booking when it is rescheduled. If it moves later, they go out again before the new time. If it moves earlier, past a reminder's window, that reminder is skipped.

#### Discount code reports include package purchases

The redemptions list and reports for a [discount code](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/discount-code) now include package purchases alongside bookings. Totals count both, and package purchases count toward the code's usage limit.

#### Availability checked before payment

NeetoCal now checks that a host is still free before taking payment. If the slot was booked in the meantime, the customer is told that [the slot is no longer available](https://help.neetocal.com/articles/slot-taken-error) before paying.

#### Outlook calendar sync improvements

Deleting a booking's event in Outlook now cancels the booking in more cases. Outlook calendars are fully synced once a day, so deleted events stop blocking slots. Outlook also connects when the mailbox address and sign-in name are on different domains. Hosts get an email and an in-app alert when Microsoft disconnects their account.

#### Other fixes

- Rescheduling a booking with add-on services no longer adds the service time again. The booking keeps its original length.

- When cancellation and rescheduling are turned off, reschedule and cancel links are now hidden from every customer email.

- The Change slot calendar for recurring meetings now shows available slots in every time zone.

- Default SMS messages now use the recipient's language instead of English.
