# Twilio SMS Integration for Appointments | NeetoCal

Connect Twilio to NeetoCal to send SMS booking confirmations and appointment reminders from your own business phone number and reduce no-shows.

## Overview

The Twilio integration lets NeetoCal send SMS booking confirmations and appointment reminders to your clients from your own Twilio phone number. Text messages get read quickly, which helps reduce no-shows, and sending from your business number keeps the messages recognizable.

You connect Twilio from the Admin Panel using your Account SID and Auth Token, then choose how to send. Use a single phone number if all your clients are in one country, or a Twilio Messaging Service if they are spread across regions, so Twilio can pick a local number for each message.

Once connected, NeetoCal sends confirmation, reschedule, cancellation, approval, and rejection SMS automatically. You can turn any of these off under Global notifications or override them per scheduling link. SMS reminders are sent on scheduling links where you set them up, for clients and hosts.
