# Upfront Payment for Recurring Meetings | NeetoCal

Charge clients the full cost of a recurring meeting series at booking. NeetoCal collects one payment upfront with no charges before each session.

## Overview

NeetoCal lets you take upfront payment for recurring meetings, so a client pays the total cost of every session in the series at the time of booking. No further charges are made before each individual meeting, and the option works with any payment provider you have connected.

This fits weekly coaching programs, therapy blocks, or lesson series where you want the full commitment paid in advance. In the Recurring Meetings settings of a scheduling link, choose Charge full amount upfront. Discount codes apply to the total at booking, and a code with a meeting limit applies only when the number of sessions is within that limit. Refunds for prepaid recurring bookings are full refunds only.
