# Form QR Code Generator | NeetoForm

Generate a QR code for your form in NeetoForm and download it for posters, flyers, receipts, and event badges so people can open the form by scanning.

## Overview

NeetoForm generates a QR code for every published form, so people can open it by scanning with their phone camera. You get the QR code from the Share tab, with no separate QR code tool needed.

Click the QR code icon to see it in a pop-up, then click Download QR Code to save the image. You can place it anywhere, such as on printed flyers, posters, table tents, product packaging, or presentation slides.

Form QR codes are useful wherever typing a link is inconvenient. Restaurants collect feedback at the table, event organizers handle on-site check-ins, and retail stores run in-store surveys that customers complete in a few taps.
