# Send SMS from Forms with Twilio | NeetoForm

Connect Twilio to NeetoForm to send SMS to form respondents from your own Twilio phone number, manually or through automation rules.

## Overview

The NeetoForm Twilio integration lets you send SMS messages from your forms using your own Twilio account and phone number. Once connected, you can text respondents from the submissions page or send SMS automatically through automation rules.

To set it up, create a Twilio project, get a phone number and copy your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio console. In NeetoForm, open the form's integration settings, click Connect Twilio, enter these credentials and verify them. Then select which of your Twilio numbers should send the messages.

Using your own Twilio number keeps messaging costs and sender details under your control, and respondents always see the same number. It suits appointment confirmations, application status updates and reminders that need to reach people quickly.
