NeetoRecord desktop app v1.9.3 has been released. It has the following changes.

- Ability to resize camera by dragging the window.

- Custom size: Add option to select predefined aspect ratios.

- Removed "don't show custom size selection" option.

- Fixed a recording related bug that is caused due to outdated codec.

- Fixed speaker note getting recorded issue in Windows.
